CMF X Training was established in 2007 as Civilian Military Fitness to provide outdoor boot camp’s and military style fitness. Since evolving into CMF X training we now cover every aspect of physical fitness strength and conditioning. At CMF X training we are a fitness community all working together supporting one another to move forward to reach whatever individual goals any of our clients may want to achieve whether it be just to get fit and improve diet or that next big day competition or race!
