Our cross training classes are bespoke programs tailored around individual needs. Our classes will get you in shape, no matter what your current fitness level is. As you become fitter, workouts will become more challenging. Everyone can do our cross training sessions regardless of age, injuries and current fitness levels. The sessions are modified for each person to help him or her safely become healthier and fitter.

FIT FOR BATTLE

This is our most complex program it is designed for any of those who are looking to join any of the armed forces, uniform services and Combat athletes looking to improve their program. Or you just may want to train like a warrior! This is our most crosstraining based program that covers all the aspects of physical fitness, strength, power, and conditioning you will ever need to compare with the world’s best elite soldiers, fighting men, and combat sportsman. Some people out there just want to be ready for anything!

BIG AND STRONG

These programs for people looking to gain an interesting in building muscle (bodybuilding) or to improve mas strength and raw power again all nutritional support and advice is given within this package.

WEDDING READY

These are programs designed for any bride, groom, bridesmaids, or best men, who want to get in top shape for that big day we will prescribe all the physical training and nutritional advice you will ever need to looking tiptop form and I was wedding photographs And that once-in-a-lifetime day.
